# NFT & DAO

Owners of our NFTs will receive a discount of up to **30%** on the rental of the project's countryside properties. NFTs will have a "**5% Royalty**" which will provide additional liquidity to the token and support the Hacienda project <mark style="color:green;">referral system</mark>. \

Also, they will have the unique ability: to decide on the further development of the project by voting.&#x20;
